Hayone Solangkoun

As manager of the Organic Farm Hayone it's obvious that Hayone is also the director of EEFA.

Mr T

Advisor: Thanongsi Solangkoun (Mr T)

At the website of the Organic Farm, you can read that Thanongsi (Mr T) founded the Organic Farm in 1996. He wanted to do more than just establish a farm and began by initiating projects to help the local people; he also became intimately involved in education projects.

Ward Reekmans

Coordinator: Ward Reekmans

Ward became involved with the Organic Farm's education projects in December 2007. He decided to volunteer with EEFA for the long term, and made the move from Belgium to Laos. He started to teach in January 2008, and wanted to incorporate more organisations to the English classes. Ward started a small NGO in Belgium, to assist in funding the establishment of EEFA's projects. The first step was building a school in Phonpeng. Currently he is setting up a new office, and building the school in Phoudindaeng with the funds he has collected.

Bob

Coordinator: Sengkeo Frichitthavong (Bob)

Bob is responsible for the development in Vang Vieng West. He coordinates the volunteers, the future building of the community center, ....
Tasks: Students' mentor in Vang Vieng West, Coordinator building site Vang Vieng West, Substitute teacher in Vang Vieng West.

Davone Manivong

Coordinator: Davone Manivong

Davone is responsible for the daily administration tasks of EEFA, such as bookkeeping, coordinating volunteers, newsletter and many other things. Besides that Davone is the students' mentor and substitute teacher in Vang Vieng North.

For Hayone, Thanongsi, Ward and Bob, these functions are unpaid as they do this on a voluntary base. Davone is a local girl that got trained by EEFA to become EEFA's administrator. She's the only with a monthly wage.
